About ATINs.


Established in 2006 with a view to contribute towards Government’s efforts to promote skilled human resource capital, the ATINs are offering marketable technical/ vocational courses to students. ATIN campuses at Mandra and Dina which are ideally located for facilitating youth from Northern Punjab and Kashmir whereas ATIN Amangrah (Nowshera) is offering training facilities to students from KPK and ex-FATA. Considering vacuum in vocational training facilities in Sindh, campus of ATIN at Khairpur Mir’s was established in 2017 to facilitate youth of Sindh. Similarly, to impart technical training to the youth of GB, an ATIN has been set up at Gilgit with the assistance of GB Government. ATINs have enhanced capacity of training to 4700 with lodging and boarding facilities for over 2500 students. More than 60,000 students have been trained in these institutions serving with leading organizations in Pakistan and overseas.

ATINs are Accredited/ Affiliated with National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Pakistan, Provisional Technical Education and Vocational Training Authorities (TEVTAs) and are also ISO 9001:2015 Certified.

Dir ATINs

Applied Technologies Institutes, NLC (ATINs) endeavors to promote technical training in the fields of civil technology, construction machinery, driving and other applied technologies for capacity building and human resource development at national level.

At ATINs we believe in instilling confidence amongst our trained youth through hands–on training, practical exercises, skill competitions and on the job training. Participation of each and every trainee in the interactive training activity and hands-on practice is ensured. Hesitant and reluctant young lads are identified and encouraged by the instructors in a bid to give them confidence thereby providing them self-assurance.

Our Campuses.

ATIN NLC Mandra.

Established in 2006 alongside HQ ATINs, this institution is spread over an area of 27 acres at Mandra on Grand Trunk Road at a distance of 40 kilometers from Islamabad.

ATIN NLC Dina.

The mother institution of ATINs, it was established in 2003 near village Dina in Punjab province and is spread over 29 acres of land, astride Grand Trunk Road. It is located at a distance of 100 Kilometers from Islamabad.

ATIN NLC Amangarh.

ATIN Amangarh was established in 2016. It is located on Islamabad–Peshawar Grand Trunk Road, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province. It offers training services to youth of KP (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).

ATIN NLC Khairpur.

To provide technical training across Pakistan, ATIN Khairpur Mirs was established in 2017. It is located in Sindh province and provides services to youth of Sindh and southern Punjab.

This campus has been established in May 2018. It is located in Gilgit Baltistan province and provides services to youth of Gilgit Baltistan.
