Established in 2006 alongside HQ ATINs, this institution is spread over an area of 27 acres at Mandra on Grand Trunk Road at a distance of 40 kilometers from Islamabad.

Established in 2016. It is located on Islamabad–Peshawar GT Road, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province. It offers training services to youth of KP.
